The hall was empty because it was still early. Many of them haven't arrive, especially those from far far away.
Registration already started. Soon, many other schools came. Thanks for coming and your unwavering support towards us! Cheers!
This year's installation was special. We got the chance to put down our signature on a kind of banner and it will be kept as remembrance. Those who have blogs wrote their links too around their signature.
Our dear receptionists were busy working during registration. Thanks LeeXiang for persuading the shy girls to take a photo.
Ours sale department also organised a sale at the entrance. Some of the form two members are in-charged of it. We sold our club T-shirts, our magazine for the year 2009 and our installation's limited edition notebooks which everyone already got one free by attending this installation.
The hall was crowded when fellow jaycees from every school came.
Soon, the opening ceremony began. Our guests of honour were asked to light the candle in the mist of dry ice on stage. It was something special which signifies our installation's theme.
Next, a singing performance presented by Ivan Loh Cien Zen and his friend. Teh Ting Xi was the young pianist for the day.
Later, speech by our guest of honour, JCI Senator George Ong. He did it the impromptu way and talked about his life.
*Drumrolls* Finally, it's the moment. The one and only moment when future leaders walked up the stage and recite the oath. It's the installation!
After the installation, there were performances again. Guitar performance and beatbox! Beatbox really heat up the atmosphere in the hall as teenagers are easily amazed by such talents.
While other people were enjoying in the hall, here's what the committee was doing, getting their body all wet and sweaty! We had to carry the drinks into the hall and served them.
In the hall, there were performances again. Chung Ling Butterworth's popular singer went up the stage and raised her voice. She has supportive friends. Goshhh!
Group beatboxing after the singing performance. Hmm, Chung Ling kia so like to beatbox?
Finally it's lunch time. A variety of food was served, along with ice kacang and laksa. Dessert was kuih-muih with fruits.
Participants queued up for their turn to get their food. Everybody ate in the canteen and spent some time chit-chatting with their friends, socialising with other schools. I caught some endao bah from Jit Sin laughing all the way. They're really enjoying themselves here, having some quality time with each other.
Guests of honour and teachers had their lunch in the authorised personnel lounge.
The sale was heating up around lunch time. Members helped out to promote and sell the products. Magazine and T-shirts were hot stuffs. The limited edition notebook wasn't that ideal.
Lunch time wasn't over. So everyone who had finished their lunch went around socialising. The notebooks were put to use as everyone get autographs and name cards from each other.
When lunch time's over, then only our dear immediate past president, Chang Kai Deng presented his speech. Our advisor, Mr Law also gave a few words.
Later, there's a session where Mr Law gave us a talk. It is mainly about individual development and our lives.
Behold! It's the masquerade! Who's behind the mask? Guess what shall be performed next?
*Drumrolls* The soon-to-be Michael Jackson! 45 degree moonwalk! OMG. His moves are perfect! The atmosphere was brought up once again.
After that dazzling performance, it was time to dance. It's called 'tuan kang wu' in Chinese. Those in-charged who had already practised it over and over again taught the participants. After repeating a few times, they danced twice according to the song. It was recorded and uploaded to youtube. Most of them danced with joy, enjoying themselves.
After the dance, another performance by the talented singer from Chung Ling Butterworth and her friends. This time with more actions and Li Chuan was brought up on stage to join them. Haha!
This guy is really famous now. Our young talented, gifted pianist, Teh Ting Xi attracted huge amount of fans in just a day. Whoa!
We also have Taylor Swift here in Chung Ling High School. He's our Form One cute kid. He sang Love Story and some other songs. All the participants were so high when this kid's on stage. Take a look at the paparazzis! I'm sure he will be the headline for tomorrow's newspaper.
Performance again by, erm, Yuk Choy or Taiping? Most probably Yuk Choy. Can't remember which school they're from.
Another performance by Chung Ling. Shuffle! How come our school students like to shuffle? Lmao!
*Drumsrolls* The best performance goes to the gifted pianist, Teh Ting Xi. He played almost the whole day!
We watched the video of the 'tuan kang wu' after that. Everyone laughed when they saw themselves. Some of them shouted. It's funny to look back at your acts.
Next was photo taking session. Weng Aik helped me to take all the group photos. Thanks pal. Really appreciate it. Those who haven't put down their signature were asked to do so before the photo taking session begins.

Finally it's the prize giving ceremony and certificate presentation.
It was almost the end of our joint LOM installation. Mr Law ended it with a song. Almost everyone sang along.
Then everybody took photos with each other before going home.
