Training Camp

This is the first training camp held in this year. It began at nine in the morning. Members came to register. Some left their uniform unit's activity early to join this training camp. Thanks for your support!

During the registration, we also sold our club T-shirts. This 'endao ba' is the one managing the sale.

Around half past nine, most of the members were there. Our training camp's organising chairman, JC Lim Zi Zai divided the members into four classes. Later on all of us gathered at 3TA1 for a lecture by our teacher advisor, Mdm H'ng Siew Lee. Members were so disciplined and dare not speak a word.

After the lecture, our President, JC Chang Kai Deng arrived. JC Lim Zi Zai divided the members into teams.

Then here comes the fun part! Gamesss~

First game:
Water! A sponge is put onto your head and tied around your head with a string. You had to dip it inside the bucket full of water and run to the opposite. Your teammate at the opposite will squeeze the water into a plastic cup. The winner is the one with the highest volume of water.

Sounds easy? Think again! Had fun though. Some commented that it is insane!

Here's a participant with a wet stylish hair.

Second game:
You are to spin twenty rounds holding the stick. After spinning, you have to wear a slipper and throw it to your teammate. Your teammate has to fetch it with a bucket. The team with the most slippers collected in the bucket wins!

Again some of them commented that it is insane and not suitable for human to play! But it's kinda fun and funny!

There are six teams so we played by turns. Here's a photo of a participant ready to take up the challenge of the first game!

Meanwhile, guess who is this? Is she a girl? Is he a boy? Is she my sister? Is he our member? Hmm, I have no idea myself. Could anyone guess it?

Time to punish the losers! Weee~ I like it! WATERRRRR~
SSSPPPLLLAAASSSHHH~

AHHH AHHH PLEASEE!!! MY HAIRR!!!!

After that another two teams played the first game.

Another punishment. This time, 螳螂捕蝉,麻雀在后. Look at what our Executive Vice President, JC Wong Li Chuan doing to our President, JC Chang Kai Deng! Wooohoo~

After the games, we had our lunch at the canteen. Nasi lemak! Guess what everyone hated most? Prawns! Disgusting people, they all do not want to eat it so they just simply put it at other people's place. Disappointed!

After our lunch, everyone went to the auditorium for the workshop and training session. First was the acting of JC Chang Kai Deng and JC Chuah Min Yi to teach everyone about public speaking. Funny, yes!

Who will be that silly to stand on the left of our President, JC Chang Kai Deng. Look at what his T-shirt says! JC Chuah Min Yi, you're too silly to stand there!

Before our President left for his Chinese debate training, he asked JC Lim Yi Xiang a.k.a. Chimpanzee 1 and JC Lau Kye Pinn a.k.a. Chimpanzee 3 who's better between the both of them.

Then our Executive Vice President taught us about résumé and application letter that are needed for the interview which will be held soon. Good luck to those who will be going for the interview!

After that, JC Koh Weng Siang and JC Cheah Tze Khiam talk about preparing a proposal. Before the training session end, JC Lim Zi Zai and JC Wong Li Chuan asked about our feelings and asked if anyone think they have the potential to be one of the five best members.

After the training session, it's sports time! We went to the basketball and handball court. We used the handball court to play futsal. Because many members wanted to play football, we went to the field while the others continued to play basketball at the basketball court. Most of the members went home at five and the others went home at six.

Introduction of Departments

There was an activity today which was introduction of departments. It began at 10.30 in the morning. Form 1 was asked to be in class 3TC2, while the rest was at class 3TB5.

The first thing we did was the recitation of the JCI Creed. Guys, please memorise them or the president will be upset! And you know what happens when the president is upset right? Copy JCI Creed 50 times or even a warning letter! Alright, just kidding. Just hoping that you all remember the JCI Creed.

JJC Chuah Min Yi and JJC Kevin Neoh were asked to lead the recitation of JCI Creed.

Introduction of departments went on after the recitation of the JCI Creed. It went on smoothly. Speech was given by Mr Law, along with Mr Ho, and also the president and executive vice president to both classes. Then the four vice presidents and their directors introduced their respective departments, about their positions, works and stuffs.

The activity ended at 12. Yellow cards are not signed because our teacher advisor had a meeting. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

A board meeting was held after that. It was all about the discussion of future activities and review of the cross-country run sales and the introduction of departments.

Cross-country Run Sales

A sale was held at Youth Park's field in conjunction with the school's cross-country run. As usual, we sold breads. It was located at the field just in front of the stage, also located next to Co-op drinks sale.

After selling all the breads, it's time to clean up the mess. There were rubbish everywhere! Our president is a responsible person. He picked up all the rubbish by himself. Hmm, I was wondering what are the others doing?

Guess what? They were counting the money! Lol! Poor president. But he is a great example to all! He has moral values, which is being responsible and protecting the environment.

The sale was successful, with a total profit of RM 400. Thanks to those who dedicated their time and energy to sell the breads, also those who gave up the run for the sale. Thanks to those who support our sale by helping out or buying. Thanks to everyone!

The president of this club, JJC Chang Kai Deng is very happy with the success. He would like to thank those who organise the sale, those who helped out and those who bought the breads, making this sale a great success.
